“The room was a bit crowded for 3 adults with large bags, so keep that in mind. However, it was warm and cozy for December. Great location near the Metro supermarket and shopping area. Highly recommended for smaller groups!”

“Perfect location,small but elegant，good service”

“Good ”

“The worst hotel that I ever stay , no service no quality, no one even help when I need anything in the room and u need to walk to ground floor but the staff service is bad too ,the room without tv, window … even some basic equipment also no if u enjoy no fresh air please feel free to stay”

“Location is pretty well to reach anywhere. The price is not friendly for a single person traveling but except for this, all good.”

“We had a lovely overnight stay . The hotel Was great and we had a lovely afternoon tea in the afternoon. A few drinks in the bar and a great breakfast in the morning. We had a couple of small things in the room . We explained them to the staff and they were very helpful”

“Generally very good. We weren't aware that breakfast was via Gail's bakery, had we of known wouldn't have purchased this option - Gail's doesn't particularly cater for allergies. Location is great if your watching a show. Personally we found the room too warm - the air con wouldn't go lower than 19°c however for a one night stay you we could cope.”

“nice location, breakfast is very good.”

“Great location, room was clean, staffs were always helpful ”
